    Hi Team,

     

    I have been facing issue with the Date Picker and Date Time Picker in Chrome browser where it shows the Calendar at the top of the page. Please note that I’m using IBM BPM 8.5.6.0.

     

    Please advise on this. Thanks.

    Hi Sooraj,

    This issue was identified by IBM as a defect with a release of Chrome.

    Which version of SPARK UI are you using?

    Hi Stephen,

     

    Thanks for the response. I found that this issue is not occurring with the Date Picker control in SPARK UI 4.5.1 version, but the Date Time Picker control still has the issue.

     

    I’ll try installing that APAR, but the different behavior of both of these controls from the same toolkit version and on the same browser leads to an idea of having an issue with the control itself.

    Hi Stephen,

     

    While reviewing the fix pack, we noted that it’ll upgrade the environment to 8.6.0, which unfortunately we cannot go for because of all existing development in progress. Could you check the difference between the implementation of Date Picker and Date Time Picker, since one of them is working fine where the other isn’t?

    Hi Sooraj,

    This issue was fixed for Date Time Picker in SPARK UI version 4.5.2.  You should be able to upgrade your SPARK dependency for BPM versions 8.5.7 CF201703 and prior without having to upgrade the BPM server.  Although, upgrading the BPM server to the latest version will offer the most current fixes and feature enhancements.
