External Participant Support toolkit configuration issues

I am using the following version of the External Participant Support (EPS) toolkit: 2.0.0_8.5.7

I have followed the steps for the installation of the EPS and I am able to get the email (and see the training record in the table) with the link to complete the task. When I try to use the link to complete the task I get an error:
