Horizontal and vertical layout have no visual representation in the web PD designer. This makes it difficult for a developer to even know that there is a horizontal or vertical layout added in the coach.

Is there a way to give some sort of visual representation to all such out of the box coavhiews so that developers do not miss any coachviews while making any edits or understanding the coach developed by other developers

    Hi Rad,

IBM now owns the SPARK UI toolkit as the default BAW UI Toolkit. Please address any requests for enhancements directly to IBM.

However, as a suggestion, you may want to try right clicking in Web PD and disable WYSIWYG or styling.  See if you are able to better identify where layouts exist with the rendering disabled.

    Stephen,

I tried disabling WYSIWYG to no avail, before posting my query on the forum.

Also, will try posing this enhancement to IBM, but I don’t have much hopes. The Web Editor seems very underdeveloped as compared to IBMs competitors in the market, but still IBM is pushing it so profusely.

    Anyways, thanks for your reply.

    Regards,

    RAD.
