    Hello support team,

    After we upgrade BPM from 8.5.7 to 8.6, Service UI frame can’t be loaded with getting following message.
    00000e79 ManagedAssetD E CWLLG1027E: The requested asset cannot be retrieved (assetName=BPMExt-Core.zip/com/salientprocess/bpm/views/bpmext.js) in snapshot 2064.304ac881-16c3-47d2-97d5-6e4c4a893177

    Our environment is as follows.

    BPM:8.6 CF201712

    WAS 8.5.5.12

    Java 8 (Java8.0.4.5)

    Spark UI Portal Builder  2.7.3

     

    When we were using BPM 8.5.7, Portal Builder normally could be retrieved.

    Do we need any instructions that bind BPM and Spark ?

    Hi Kosei,

    I was able to reproduce this issue.  The SPARK UI toolkit and BPM UI toolkit cannot be used in the same application.  Open the Portal Builder toolkit after setting the Allow Users to Update under the Manage tab.  Update the PB SPARK dependency to use BPM UI 8600.  Take a new snapshot of the PB Toolkit.  Open your application and update the PB dependency to use the new snapshot of the toolkit.

    I can call Portal Builder from BPM 8.6.0 by applying your guidance.
