    Hello,

I am having trouble getting the ECM File List control to work. I have an external (to BPM) FileNet environment and I have a simple Client Side human Service with 1 coach. The coach has a IBM Document Explorer control and a SPARK Content Mgmt ECM File List control. They are both configured with a server name and a folder, both of which are populated via variables (so I know that they’re the same). The Document Explorer Control shows a document list and the ECM File List control is empty. I looked at the browser console and it shows an error message. If I remove the ECM File List control, the error goes away too. Is there something additional that I need to configure in the ECM File List Control to get this to work? I have attached screenshots of the coach running (#1), my browser console (#2) and the error message (#3). any suggestions gratefully accepted!

    Thanks

    Stuart Jones.

    Hello,

One of my colleagues alerted me to an environment variable that I need to configure – ECMServer. In this, I put the name of the ECM Server as defined in my Process Application settings. I tried this and it seems to work so my issue is resolved for the time being.

    Stuart:

Just so you know, we have removed that environment variable now, and in our next release it will no longer be needed.
