I have a requirement to hide and show columns in a table. Having searched through the forum I have seen that there is an example of setting columns  based on the Table Column object in the SPARK UI toolkit. This on load of the coach works fine. After loading of the coach, I have a multi select control which on change fires a navigation event object and updates the table column object, however I cannot get the table to refresh and hide the columns selected by the user. How do I get the table to refresh.

I also have to update the table based on change of a number of fields outside the table. Do both of these requirements suggest  a service data table would be better, in which case what would be the best approach to set column visibility as there could be upto 27 columns.

A quick response would be greatly appreciated

    Hi Avi,

The Table control currently does not respond to changes in TableColumn specs at runtime.  We have an open Enhancement Request to implement this feature.  I have updated the open item to include the details of your request.
