    Hello Team,
    Currently we are on BPM 8.5.7 CF201706. We are building an application with SPARK Content Management (2.0.0) for which we would like to confirm to use in production. Are there any license required from SPARK to use in Production. Required your urgent attention, as we have to decide to migrate into Version BPM 8.6.

    Hi Ritesh,

    Yes.  Any Process Application or toolkit with a dependency to SPARK UI that is used in a Production environment will require a license for Enhanced SPARK Support through your IBM representative.  However, if the SPARK UI dependency is replaced with BPM UI before installing to Production, a license is not required.

    In either case, I would definitely weigh the pros of upgrading to BPM 8.6.0 or higher and utilizing the native BPM UI and Content Management toolkits.  Please be advised that we do offer migration services using proprietary accelerators that can dramatically reduce the time to migrate by automating the process.  Feel free to reach out to our Sales Team for any questions, demonstration and free analytical resources.
