    1. I created Ajax service with the following I/O variables. Results list is initialized as list of NameValuepair.  See attached file called VariableMapping.png
    2. The configuration shown in the attached file (Configuration.png) was applied.
    3. When running the service and clicking submit, we get an error of:

      Ask the administrator to check the SystemOut.log file for more information to resolve the error. (6b3d7de8-6020-4ec8-a3ed-0e53122cc9de)

      Note: when binding a variable of type string to the select control, it takes the selected value (option value property).

      Please advise as we need to bind to a NameValuePair object to keep the data of the whole object.

    I can tell from the Configuration attachment, that this is an older version of SPARK prior to support of binding to a NameValuePair.  Please upgrade to the latest version and you should be able to bind to any complex object for Single Select

    Hi John,

    The issue appear in the current version “<span class=”pdHover” dir=”ltr”>4.2.1.1 – 8.5.6.0 CE (4211AEO)</span>”. additionally, we are using BPM 8.5.6.2 .

    so do you mean you have a newer version?
