Hi,
I tried to import the showcase process but it failed to import initially. When tried again, it says already available but not showing up in the process center. can someone provide any inputs please.

Can you please tell me which version of BPM you have including CF version, and which SPARK Showcase file you have attempted to import?

Hi Rashid,
You may need to contact a System Admin to either restart your server or delete the installation via command line if you are unable to interact with the Process App in Process Center.
I was able to successfully import the SPARK 4.5.4 CE TWX into a clean BPM 8.5.0.1 environment, and see no issues with the file.
