Table new row inserting as a latest record

i am adding row to table by using “${Table}.appendElement({});” , but whenever i want to add new row it should be added as latest row not in last row .could you please suggest me on this .

I am having the similar issue. I have a requirement to add a row to a table – at a specific index.

How might this be implemented??
