SPARK SupportOctober 26, 2017 at 9:54 am #4757Hello Uy,
Here is the IBM Knowledge Center article on Removing process applications:
Keep in mind that you will need to delete both the Process Application and the Toolkit.
However, based on the issue you are experiencing, I would suggest ensuring that you have a Theme selected in your Process Application. On the Process Application settings page, on the Overview tab, expand Coach Designer Settings and select a theme.

However, Your suggestion is for delete a process application, which task can be done successfully. But what problem we are facing is completely UNINSTALL the SPARK TOOLKIT out of the IBM BPM. We are also able to delete a toolkit which is created by ourselves, but the SPARK TOOLKIT is cannot.
I will appreciate if you have any idea do help me to solve this.
Thanks and Regards,

SPARK SupportOctober 31, 2017 at 3:12 pm #4771Hi Uy,
The procedure for removing the toolkit is the same as archiving and deleting a process application. However, you need to archive and delete all process applications with a dependency to the toolkit first (ie: SPARK Showcase).
Which CF version of BPM 857 are you running?

Stephen P.
uy DoNovember 2, 2017 at 12:53 am #4786Hi Stephen,
I have tried to remove the spark toolkit with the same archiving and deleting a process application, but not successful. Please see the work file attached, which show the the screenshot we’ve got when trying to remove it.
What is the “CF” you mentioned in your previous message?
Thanks and Regards,
Uy Do
SPARK SupportNovember 2, 2017 at 9:22 am #4789Hi Uy,
According to your screenshots, the Toolkit is labeled as BPM UI. This means that you are running CF201706 or higher. The BPM UI Toolkit 8570 is included with the product and cannot be removed using the normal procedure. The dependencies in your Process Apps and any underlying toolkits should be changed to use BPM UI 8570 (or 8600 is on CF201709).
Regards,
Stephen P.
