There is a validation error in Service Data Table. It seems to be :
BPMExt-Control-ServiceDataTable-Palette.png is unreachable: [paletteIcon:null]. Make sure it exists in the process application/toolkit. If it exists in another toolkit, ensure that the toolkit is included in the dependency.
This can be related to the error visible in the logs reported earlier.SPARK SupportJanuary 7, 2016 at 5:59 am #1150
Can you tell us what version of the Spark Toolkit you are using? I see no such validation error.

Based on previous posts, I believe Todor is using 8.5.5 and SPARK 4.2.TodorJanuary 11, 2016 at 4:28 am #1214
Brian is correct.
I have two installations:
- personal local 8.5.5
- Bpm on Cloud 8.5.6 used for a client project.
I first install third party toolkits on my 8.5.5 VM, after validation it is not breaking anything I install it on the customer environment.
The validation error is found in both environments with toolkit version: 4.2.0SPARK SupportJanuary 11, 2016 at 7:47 am #1215
The issue you have found with the Showcase and the Service Data Table in V8.5.5 was due to a tagging error. This error will be fixed in the next release.
For now you can apply the following “quick fix”. The attached file is the missing graphic (BPMExt-Control-ServiceDataTable-Palette.png).
Manual steps to follow (which you probably know, but just in case)
- Add the file to the toolkit (may require you to mark the toolkit as “update-able”.
- Open the Service Data Table coach view and on the Overview tab select the file you just added.
- Take a snapshot.
- Update the dependency in the showcase (or any other app using the toolkit).
- You should be good to go.
I only see this error in my 855 environment, but this fix would apply to any environment that shows the same error.

The error is resolved.
