If I utilize Spark within my Coach, can I leverage other technologies for custom Coach Views that I may wish to write. For example, can I use jQuery in my own Custom Coaches? What (if any) restrictions does the inclusion of Spark in my Coaches impose on the other parts of the same Coach?

To my knowledge there are no restrictions. In fact in one clients app I saw a dependency on the Kolban Toolkit 🙂
I am sure you know there is no way I can say there are absolutely no restrictions, but we have yet to encounter any.

That is perfect and the answer I was hoping for. My reason for asking is to try and get in front of as many obvious questions as possible and I could envisage new Spark users bringing in existing Coach Views that used (for example) jQuery. I could imagine it would work but I could also have imagined that it wouldn’t work and what I wanted to understand was if there were any already known reasons it would it would not. Thanks my friend.
