I’m using the switch control in a couple of forms, and with the latest upgrade of Spark it looks like the event handling in configuration is missing.
Emil BrolinMay 3, 2017 at 4:36 am #4259Update. All event handling for all controls are gone. If I revert back to an older version of Spark, they are back.
I get the same error for my own coaches and for the Spark Showcase. Please see screendumps.
SPARK SupportMay 3, 2017 at 12:54 pm #4270Hello Emil,
Are you using BPM 8.5..7? And if so, have you upgraded your server to CF201703?
Regards,
Stephen P.
Emil BrolinMay 3, 2017 at 11:37 pm #4274Hi!
Yes, I’ve upgraded to the latest CF. I’m not sure which version of Spark I installed, the one for CF201703 or the earlier versions. I’ve tried to uninstall Spark to be sure, but no luck with that. I think it is the CF201703 version of Spark, but when it failed I started to wonder.. 🙂
SPARK SupportMay 4, 2017 at 11:49 am #4282Hi Emil,
When you upgraded the server, did you re-download PD and install to a new directory? And make sure you have updated any shortcuts to the new directory?
Regards,
Stephen P.
Emil BrolinMay 5, 2017 at 2:22 am #4296Which shortcuts do I need to check? Is the new release of Spark UI up on the download page now?
SPARK SupportMay 5, 2017 at 10:30 am #4302Hi Emil,
If you have downloaded and installed the Showcase/Toolkit labeled 8.5.7 CF201703 for your server on the latest fix pack, you also need to download the new version of PD from Process Center. After installing PD to a new folder, be sure to update your shortcuts for running PD to the new folder with the PD from the CF201703 installation directory.
Regards,
Stephen P.
